Meet Your Mental Health Provider
Hi, I’m Dishina Singer, founder of Bubblegum & Duct Tape Wellness.
My goal was simple: create a space that feels less like a sterile clinical appointment and more like a conversation with someone who actually listens. I want you to feel safe, supported, and totally unfiltered.
My approach blends serious clinical expertise with deep compassion and a touch of personal humanity. I’m passionate about mental health and helping you find the right treatment. I specialize in ketamine therapy and psychiatric medication management: two proven approaches that bring real relief.
I hold a PMHNP license in Oregon and a strong passion for getting patients the mental health care they need. In my spare time you can find me on the prowl for strong coffee, journaling with an obscene amount of technicolor pens, or getting lost in a really good playlist.
